As a certified Chef de Cuisine and a practicing pastry chef, I have an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry as well as training experience. Currently I do marketing consulting for small marketing and design firms as well as online tutoring. I am a graduate of Oklahoma State and I am currently attending the Culinary Institute of America for the AOS in Baking and Pastry.
In high school, I assisted other students in trigonometry as well as a student in middle school with intro to geometry. Students who tutored with me saw a grade increase of two letter grades. Recently, I was an undergraduate teaching assistant for a student run restaurant. Not only did I help students execute a fixed menu and a buffet, I also helped to teach them some basic pastry concepts.
