About Alice
I am a French and British citizen wading my way through college life in New York City. I am passionate about travelling, tennis, design, and of course, teaching! As a student athlete in college I have learned the importance of asking for help from my mentors and more experienced teammates in order to build confidence and reach my full potential. These lessons directly correlate to the learning sphere, and I want to give back by helping others adopt the "can do" attitude needed to reach their educational goals.
Teaching Experience
I was a student mentor in the senior mentoring program at ES international school in Barcelona. I guided students between 8th and 11th grade to help tackle difficulties in the classroom as well as with college applications. This volunteer program rewarded me with lasting relationships and stronger communication skills. Having to overcome language barriers with students who spoke little to no English also helped me adopt new ways of stretching my patience during the unending but incredible process of learning.
