Question:

When finding the area of a rectangle, instead of counting all of the squares inside, what is formula we can use to find the Area of the Rectangle?

Answer:

We can use the formula Length x Width = Area. We would be multiplying the length of the rectangle times the width and that would give us the area of the rectangle.

Question:

What makes a passage fiction and non-fiction.

Answer:

A passage is fiction when the events or characters in that passage are make-believe or not real. For example, fables are fiction stories that usually end with a lesson, most of the time fables include animals that are characters in the story that talk, which lets us know that this story is fiction because animals cannot speak English in real life. A passage is a non-fiction when the events or information given to you is true and are facts. Expository passages give you facts and information that is real, so are non-fiction.
