Please describe how new elements are created within a star.
New elements are created within a star through the process of nuclear fusion. Small elements such as Hydrogen are fused together due to the extremely high pressure and temperature within the core of a star. Two Hydrogens will fuse together to result in a Helium atom. From their the Helium atoms can fuse together resulting in more and more elements being created.
How would you determine the Molar Mass of an ionic compound?
In order to determine the molar mass of an ionic compound you must first ensure that you have an ionic compound. This is defined as a compound that contains both a metal and a non-metal, or a cation and an anion. From there, you will determine the amount of mass that each individual element contains. This can be found on a periodic table. You will multiple the mass of the element based on the quantity of the element (the subscript in the formula) and then you will add up the total masses of each chemical to determine the overall Molar Mass of the compound.

Please explain Boyle's Law.
Boyle's Law shows the relationship between pressure and volume of a gas when temperature and amount of moles are held constant. The relationship between pressure and volume can be described as an inverse relationship. This means that in whatever way one of them is effected, the other will be effected in the opposite way. If you increase pressure, you will decrease the volume. If you decrease the pressure, you will increase the volume of the gas.
