Hello! I am a nurse educator in professional development where I run the Nurse Residency and Preceptor Development programs. I have a clinical background in medical-surgical nursing, ICU, OR, PACU, and GI lab. I recently completed an Evidence-Based Practice Fellowship and love integrating new knowledge into practice. I am passionate about mentoring nurses as they transition into practice and supporting nurses as they continue on in their career.
